CING Stockholm mentorship program was kicked off on Feb 6, 2024, with matching of 8 very experience mentors and 8 hungry and competent mentees. Since then, mentors and mentees have met several times to build relationship and accelerate the personal and professional development of the mentees.
On May 13, 2024, Bo Hedfors and Helena Andersson representing the Board of the Chalmers Alumni Association in Stockholm invited mentors and mentees to a follow-up meeting at AFRY in Solna. Thanks to Bisse Frid and her mentee Maria Bruzell Roll for organizing the event at AFRY.
After separate discussions, Helena moderating the mentees and Bo the mentors, we joined together for a feedback session. The conclusion was that the matching has worked, scheduling of meetings (at times tricky) have been manageable and everybody gave the program high marks. We decided to let the program continue into the fall with a final session.
From there on out, it is up to the mentors and the mentees to continue the relationship on an as-needed basis.
